Short version: we use them to quote and carry out your clean, and nothing else. They are never sold.
Through the quote quiz: the service you want, how many bedrooms and bathrooms the home has, the town it is in, your phone number, and your first name if you choose to leave it.
Automatically, if analytics is switched on: the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what browser you use. This is aggregate traffic data and does not identify you by name.
To work out a price for your home, to contact you with that price, to schedule and carry out the clean, and to invoice you afterwards. That is the entire list.
If you leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, it is stored securely, used only to enter your home for a booked clean, and never shared with anyone else. Ask for it back or ask for the code to be deleted at any time and it is done that day.
Only the services needed to run the business: the system we keep quotes and customer records in (hosted by Vercel and Neon), the email provider that carries your messages, and the payment processor that handles your invoice. Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to any other cleaning company or lead broker.
Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for 7 years afterwards, because tax records require it. Access codes are deleted as soon as you stop being a customer.
If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracker blocker, and getting a quote works exactly the same.
Ask what is held on you, ask for a correction, or ask for it all to be deleted, and it will be actioned within 30 days. Reply to any message we have sent you, or send a request through the quote form saying it is about your data.
If this policy changes the date below changes with it. Material changes are mentioned to active customers by email rather than quietly edited in.
