Every clean is backed in writing. If a room is not right, say so within 24 hours and it is redone free — no debate, no call-out charge, no discount on a later visit instead.

Why Brightwell started: we could never find a cleaner who showed up the same way twice.
For years my family went through cleaning companies. They could all clean. What none of them managed was being reliable.
A price that went up on the day. Arrival windows that came and went without a call. A visit that simply did not happen, and days of chasing to find out why. New company, same ending, again and again.
Eventually I gave up looking and started Brightwell.
The rules this company runs on come straight from those years. The price is fixed in writing before you book. The quote comes back within one business hour. And if a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we redo it free — the promise we always wanted and never got.

What We Bring
Everything comes with the cleaner.
Nothing is borrowed from your cupboards. Vacuum, cloths, products and microfibre all arrive with the cleaner, so the standard does not depend on what you happen to have in.
Cloths are colour-coded, so the one used in the bathroom never goes near a kitchen counter. Few people think to ask about it, which is exactly why it matters.

- Colour-coded microfibre, laundered between homes.
- Certified eco products, fragrance-free on request.
- Your own products? Leave them out and they will be used.
