Pricing
One price, agreed before we start.
You are never billed by the hour. If a job runs over, that is our estimate to fix, not your bill to grow.
The only thing that changes a price is a change you ask for, such as adding a room or upgrading to a deep clean, and you see that number in writing before it applies.

Shoes off, equipment in. Everything used comes with the cleaner unless you have asked for your own products.

High to low, wet rooms at the end
Dust drops, so surfaces come before floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms are finished last.

A walk-through against the list
Every item is signed off. If something could not be done, you get a note saying what and why.
