Common questions

Does someone need to be home?

No. Plenty of regulars leave a key or a lockbox or garage code with us, stored encrypted and never shared. If you would like to be there the first time, that is normal too.

What if something is not right?

Tell us within 24 hours and the room is cleaned again for free — no argument, no partial credit, no debate about the checklist.

Do you clean older homes near downtown Plymouth?

Yes. Plaster, original trim, built-ins and hardwood are all on the checklist, and floors get a pH-neutral product and a damp mop, never a soaking. Most older homes start with a deep clean.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes: vacuum, cloths, mops and every product. All of it is eco-certified and pet-safe, and fragrance-free if you ask. If you would rather we used yours, leave them out.

How does payment work?

An online invoice is emailed after the visit and paid by card or bank transfer. We take no cash or checks. There is no cancellation fee with 24 hours notice.

Which areas do you cover?

The City of Plymouth and Plymouth Township (48170), plus Northville and Livonia. Not sure you are in range? Pick your town in the quote quiz and you will know straight away.

Is Plymouth Township covered as well as the city?

Yes, on exactly the same terms — same checklist, same fixed pricing, no travel charge.

What does a clean cost?

It depends on the home, not a meter: bedrooms, bathrooms, the service and anything needing special care. Answer four questions on the quote page and a fixed price comes back in writing within one business hour. If the home turns out to be very different on the day, you get the revised price before anything starts and can say no and pay nothing.

What separates a standard and a deep clean?

Standard: the regular upkeep, usually two to three hours. Deep: four to six hours, adding the oven and fridge interiors, cabinet fronts, grout and tile, baseboards, vents and sills. Move in / out: five to seven hours of empty-home detail, including inside every drawer and closet.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. With 24 hours notice there is no charge. Later than that, or if we cannot get in, half the visit price is charged as a call-out fee. Plans pause with 48 hours notice.

What about salt and slush in winter?

Entry floors, the mudroom and door mats are on every visit. In the winter months they simply get more of the time.

Is there a contract?

No contract, no minimum and no signup fee. Plans take 20% off weekly, 15% off every-two-weeks and 10% off monthly visits, and you can stop whenever you like.

Is anything off-limits?

Yes, for safety and insurance: upper-floor exterior windows, roofs and gutters, mould remediation, biohazard or pest cleanup, very heavy furniture, and inside occupied pet enclosures.

Are you insured?

Yes, with $2M liability cover, and every cleaner is background-checked. If anything is damaged you are told the same day and it is repaired or replaced. Point out anything already fragile or valuable beforehand.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Usually not far — there are normally two or three openings left each week, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Plan clients have a slot held for them.

Other Questions

Go on, ask.

The questions people hold back are usually the good ones. Something breaks? You are told that day and it is covered. Tidy up first? Not needed. The dog? Fine.

If you cannot find what you need, add it to your quote request. Straight answer, no script.

  • $2M cover and same-day honesty about damage.
  • Do not pre-clean. Clutter is not a problem.
  • Pets welcome — just tell us about them.
  • No contract, ever.
